To register yourself for the conference:

  1. Click the button below.
  2. Select the “Individual” ticket and press the checkout button.
  3. Enter your e-mail address, name, and credit card information, then scroll down. You will be asked to confirm your contact information and meal preference.
  4. And that’s it! You will receive your tickets at the e-mail address you provided. From there, you may print your ticket, or simply show it on your smartphone when you check in.

If you will be paying with a check or purchase order:

  1. Select an “Individual (Check/PO)” ticket.
  2. The rest of the process will be the same.
  3. After you have completed your checkout, make sure that you contact Stacy Deeble-Reynolds at to make arrangements for payment.
