To register your organization to host a resource table at the conference:

  1. Click the button below.
  2. Select one “Exhibitor” ticket. Then, select “Individual” tickets for any staff members who will be attending the event. Once you have selected your Exhibitor and Individual tickets, press the checkout button.
  3. Enter your e-mail address, name, and credit card information, then scroll down. You will be asked for the name, e-mail address and meal preference for each staff member who will be attending the conference.
  4. You will also be asked a few questions about your organization, and for the contact information of two staff members. These contacts do not need to be the same people as those who are attending the conference.
  5. And that’s it! You will receive your individual tickets at the e-mail address you provided. From there, you may print your ticket, or simply show it on your smartphone when you check in.

If you will be paying with a check or purchase order:

  1. Purchase an “Exhibitor (Check/PO)” ticket.
  2. The rest of the process will be the same.
  3. After you have completed your checkout, make sure that you contact Stacy Deeble-Reynolds at sdeeble-reynolds@ocde.us to make arrangements for payment.
